Our Services

Classes provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the formal and informal meditation practices focusing on mindfulness, concentration, and insight to encourage wise and skillful living.

Workshops devote more time to specific areas of instruction and practice to equip students with a richer understanding of the topics and techniques within the fields of meditation and self-inquiry.

Retreats are spent in silent practice where participants can explore periods of sitting and walking meditation within the continuity of longer meditation sessions in a supportive and safe environment.
