Dear friends and supporters of Mindfulness Outreach Initiative,
As we come to the end of this year, we want to express our heartfelt gratitude for your support and involvement in our mission to provide comprehensive meditation instruction and mindfulness training to as many people as possible. Your contributions have allowed us to reach new communities and offer a wide range of programs and resources to help people cultivate mindfulness in their daily lives.
This year has been a challenging one for all of us, with high inflation and tighter financial conditions and the many stresses and uncertainties it has brought. We are grateful to have been able to offer the Dharma and meditation instruction as a source of support and solace for so many during this time. We have seen firsthand the powerful transformative effect that mindfulness can have on people’s well-being and resilience.
In addition to the programs and resources we offer, we also strive to be a hub for education and information about the Dharma. This year, we hosted several retreats and workshops where students could focus their efforts and expand their understanding of practice, and we plan to continue offering these opportunities for learning and growth in the coming year.
I am also deeply grateful for the dedicated teaching team and volunteers who have generously given their time and energy to support our organization. Without their tireless efforts, we would not be able to do the work we do. We are grateful to have such a dedicated and compassionate sangha and look forward to working together to bring the benefits of mindfulness to even more people.
As we look towards the new year, we are excited to continue expanding our reach and offering even more programs and resources to support mindfulness in all its forms. We are grateful for your continued support and look forward to continuing to serve as a source of guidance and inspiration for those seeking to cultivate mindfulness in their lives.
Wishing you all a peaceful and mindful end to the year,
By Johnathan Woodside
